1. Fulfilment All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Germany within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

4. Express Shipping All Aurora Flow orders are dispatched via express courier. No standard or economy shipping option is offered. Delivery times stated above reflect express service estimates.
5. Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
6. Delays Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, or force majeure events. We are not liable for delays outside our control.
7. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.
