1. Scope These Terms of Service govern all purchases made through theauroraflow.shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. The contracting party is:

2. Contract Formation Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.
3. Prices and VAT All prices shown are inclusive of applicable German VAT (Mehrwertsteuer). Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. For EU deliveries, local VAT may apply in accordance with the EU OSS scheme.
4. Payment We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Sofort, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is due at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely by our payment providers.
5. Delivery Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the address provided at checkout.
6. Right of Withdrawal Consumer customers within the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with §312g BGB and EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Full details are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
7. Warranty Statutory warranty rights under German law (§§ 434 et seq. BGB) apply. If goods are defective, you may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract.
8. Liability Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by German law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part.
9. Supplements Disclaimer Aurora Flow Energy Complex is a food supplement. It is not a medicinal product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by German law. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply. 11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order applies.
